The holistic approach is to encourage people to help themselves and take responsibility for creating their own health.

 

Many of us lead a lifestyle today that is hectic and stressful.  More and more people are seeking natural ways of bringing health and harmony into their lives.  Stress is recognised as one of the major factors affecting health in modern society and nearly everyone has felt its grasp at one time or another.

 

By taking a little time out you can quickly change your mood, relieve tension and give yourself a wonderful refreshing and relaxing experience.

 

We believe in Peace, quiet and tranquillity and this is key to your experience at our salon.  After your treatment you are welcome to enjoy a drink of your choice (non alcoholic) and continue to relax in our chill out room.  Seating available in the garden weather permitting.
